Job Summary

Advise enterprise customers in EMEA on data quality monitoring using Anomalo. You’ll help design how customers structure and monitor complex datasets in cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift), triage unfamiliar alerts, and recommend configuration changes. Partner with technical peers in data engineering, science, and analytics, and support sales/customer success with deep technical guidance while identifying product and algorithm improvements.

•Work with enterprise customers across verticals to solve complex data monitoring challenges
•Advise how to evolve dataset structures so customers can monitor changes they care about
•Triages unfamiliar alerts and recommend configuration changes when needed
•Provide technical support to sales and customer success, and relay improvement opportunities to product, engineering, and support

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science (or equivalent practical experience)
