Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement the annual warehouse plan, manage the associated budget, and monitor performance with corrective action to stay within financial parameters.
  • •Establish and review warehouse work processes and workflows to ensure policies are followed, key logistics activities are covered, and costs/overtime are minimized.
  • •Manage warehouse efficiency, including product tracking and route analysis/re-routing recommendations to optimize space and operations.
  • •Ensure inventory accuracy and integrity of all inventory transactions, and optimize the full order cycle through customer/store fulfillment.
  • •Guide and motivate subordinates, support new recruits through probation, review performance, and maintain HSE practices to minimize property damage and injuries.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of experience in warehousing & distribution.
  • •Knowledge of retail/ perfumes and cosmetics and the local market.
  • •Graduation/Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain and Logistics.
  • •Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets.
  • •Preferably good knowledge of WMS.
