Job Summary

Deliver hands-on technical training and guided enablement sessions for enterprise customers using Armada’s GPUaaS platform, tailoring curriculum to real use cases and success metrics. Create customer-centric demo content that replaces engineering-centric recordings, build enablement libraries and lab flows, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to keep materials up to date. Also provide live technical demos and evangelism at calls, webinars, conferences, and events, with post-training follow-up and feedback loops.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and deliver hands-on technical training for enterprise customers using guided, interactive sessions in customer environments.
•Tailor curriculum and pacing to the audience, conduct needs assessments, and provide post-training follow-up, Q&A, and supplementary materials.
•Create customer-centric demo content by learning product flows, setting up environments, recording polished walkthroughs with voiceover, and publishing relevant materials.
•Build and maintain enablement artifacts including quick-start guides, how-to articles, sample code notebooks, architecture diagrams, and slide decks.
•Deliver live technical demos for customer discovery calls, webinars, conferences, and partner events, and relay actionable feedback to Product and Customer Success teams.

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110 - 140 hourly

Key Requirements

•10–15 years of overall technical experience, including at least 3 years focused on cloud infrastructure, GPU computing, or HPC environments.
•Proficiency with Linux, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud CLI tooling.
•Working knowledge of deep-learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and GPU programming fundamentals (CUDA, cuDNN or similar).
•Comfortable reading and writing Python, with the ability to build clear, reproducible Jupyter notebooks for instructional use.
•3+ years of formal training, instructional design, or technical enablement experience, with strong English communication and the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
