Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive an aligned, structured approach to business development and grow Wood’s pipeline of opportunities across three business units (Consulting, Projects & Operations).
  • •Identify new prospects, manage client engagements, and pursue key projects to secure new work in the energy end market.
  • •Collaborate with the sales team and across technical and commercial functions to position and win work across the project and asset lifecycle.
  • •Set sales targets, oversee forecasting and prospect management, and assess risks and opportunities for new business growth.
  • •Work with the Proposal team to prepare win plans and bid submissions and role-model Wood’s vision, values, and behaviours.

  • •Commercially astute, technology savvy, and passionate about the Energy sector.
