Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the eDiscovery process across ESI lifecycle stages including preservation, collection, processing, culling, review, and production.
  • •Assist with preservation of structured data, internal tools, and systems, and develop preservation understanding and strategies for information governance.
  • •Liaise between in-house legal teams, forensics teams, outside counsel, and external vendors to coordinate eDiscovery process and best practices.
  • •Support data analyses such as Early Case Assessment (ECA) and search terms analysis, and develop knowledge libraries from analyses.
  • •Maintain chain of custody documentation and ensure compliance with FRCP proportionality requirements while documenting ESI specifications and workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of eDiscovery or litigation support experience with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Law, or a related field.
  • •Experience working in an EU/UK law firm, regulatory environment, corporate legal department, or eDiscovery service provider environment.
  • •Proficiency using eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity or Nuix Discover (or similar).
  • •Strong knowledge of eDiscovery processes, methodologies, and electronic data preservation and collection.
  • •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong problem-solving, analytical, and organisational abilities to meet deadlines.
