Build strong client relationships by proactively reaching out, understanding customers’ banking needs, and delivering an optimal experience through in-person, appointment, and virtual interactions. Key Responsibilities

•Build and foster relationships with clients by engaging them through in-person, by appointment, and virtually.
•Assess customers’ banking needs, gather and process customer/account information, and recommend deposit and loan solutions aligned to goals.
•Maintain knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services, including digital and self-service options.
•Provide a consistent client experience by greeting clients, processing basic transactions, and completing service requests.
•Proactively educate clients on emerging and self-service digital products and leverage available resources to optimize the experience with operational excellence and accuracy.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Typically 1 to 5 years of retail banking experience (or equivalent experience and training) in customer service and sales.

•Ability to engage and communicate effectively with clients and provide customer service and interpersonal skills.
•Experience using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies, with the ability to identify customer needs and make appropriate recommendations.
