Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coach Provider Network Representatives, setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and driving professional development.
  • •Partner on provider relations strategy and annual operating plans; translate goals into targets, roadmaps, KPIs, and staffing.
  • •Oversee end-to-end provider onboarding and education, including webinars, portal training, EFT setup coordination, credentialing coordination, and directory validation.
  • •Oversee intake and resolution of provider issues across claims, credentialing, enrollment, provider data, contracts, and portal support; manage queues and case aging and ensure SLA adherence.
  • •Develop dashboards and reporting on satisfaction, resolution, onboarding timeliness, issue aging, portal adoption, quality scores, productivity, and compliance; lead corrective actions and continuous improvement.
