Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex Navigation Subsystem projects from concept through completion.
  • •Define and manage project scope, schedules, milestones, resources, budgets, and deliverables.
  • •Collaborate with engineering teams on system engineering, testing, quality, and configuration management planning.
  • •Monitor project performance, budgets, and resource utilization to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery.
  • •Establish governance, reporting, and communication processes; manage project changes; identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field.
  • •Minimum 8 years of hands-on project management experience in Defence, Aerospace, Navigation, Avionics, Electronics Systems, or Safety-Critical Systems.
  • •Proven experience managing complex technical or engineering development programs and delivering on time, within budget, and to quality requirements.
  • •Expert knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and governance frameworks, including project financial management and budgeting.
  • •Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
