•Retain client relationships through proactive, timely servicing and cross-selling of banking products with support from business units.
•Grow client portfolios by identifying opportunities and leveraging product suites to meet short-, mid-, and long-term financial goals.
•Maintain knowledge of market regulations and banking procedures to ensure compliant and efficient service delivery.
•Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience and maximize portfolio profitability.

•AMIB certification or equivalent preferred
