Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide birth doula support to clients as part of Loula’s independent doula network.
  • •Attend births as a participating doula and deliver high-quality care.
  • •Work within a non-exclusive network while keeping your own clients and practice.
  • •Receive client referrals through Loula’s referral/doula matching program.
  • •Partner with Loula while Loula manages insurance verification, billing, and payment logistics.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100 - 134 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Completed 16 hours of birth doula training and attended 3 births as a doula, OR 5 years of experience as a doula with 3 letters of recommendation.
  • •Adult and infant CPR training.
  • •HIPAA training.
  • •Liability insurance.
  • •If you don’t yet have CPR training, HIPAA training, liability insurance, or the letters of recommendation, you can still reach out to get set up.
