Insurance Sales and Relationship Mgr

Lead Personal Lines insurance sales and service teams within Huntington Insurance, driving production growth, customer retention, referral development, and operational excellence. Train, coach, and develop producers and service professionals, including leading the Insurance Green Team for internal colleagues who are customers. Partner with bank leadership and stakeholders to promote insurance solutions, manage pipeline/documentation, support cross-sell, and improve processes using performance metrics.
