Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow safety, quality, and attendance policies; report safety hazards and participate in plant safety programs.
  • •Troubleshoot, repair, and correct mechanical, electrical, and process problems to maintain production equipment capability.
  • •Provide 24/7 technical support for production and inspect production lines and support equipment for maintenance needs.
  • •Assist with assembly, installation, disassembly, and demolition of production and support equipment for upgrades or new installations.
  • •Document work performed in the work order database and coordinate with contractors; maintain neat, orderly work areas and building/grounds.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of a specialized field through specialized training equivalent to one year of college or trade school, or equivalent experience of four to five years preferred.
  • •Two to four years of experience in industrial electrical repair, including drives, instrumentation, and process controls for high-speed production equipment.
  • •PLC troubleshooting and programming experience.
  • •Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with little or no supervision.
  • •Ability to read mechanical and electrical/engineering blueprints, drawings, and schematics and troubleshoot/repair mechanical and electrical systems and equipment.
