Job Summary

Drive pre-sales and technical sales support for Pismo’s cloud-native card processing, card management, core banking, and lending solutions. Translate client business and operational requirements into scalable solution designs, including APIs, webhooks, and ISO 8583-aligned integration patterns. Lead tailored product demonstrations, respond to RFPs, and produce technical design documentation to ensure a smooth handoff to implementation and successful go-live.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the lead technical partner through the pre-sales lifecycle, translating client requirements into solution designs.
•Demonstrate and position end-to-end solutions across credit, debit, and prepaid products, including configuration, integration patterns, and migration approaches.
•Guide customers on API and webhook integrations and ensure alignment with ISO 8583 message formats.
•Provide technical sales support including responding to RFPs, creating technical documentation, and addressing technical queries.
•Partner with implementation by delivering a Technical Design Document and supporting a smooth pre-sales to go-live transition.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or other engineering.
•10+ years of work experience with payments and/or core banking solutions.
•Experience conducting product demonstrations and presentations.
•Strong knowledge of programming languages (Java, PHP, Phyton, Golang) and web services (REST, HTTP, FTP).
•Proven experience working with major financial institutions in the region selling or solutioning core banking, payments, and card-issuing platforms.
