Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage relationships with Edify partner schools and Christian school networks in Peru to coordinate training and school transformation activities.
  • •Design, implement, follow up and assess Edify’s Christ-centered education programs in partner schools, including leadership development and teaching skills training.
  • •Collaborate with Edify program staff, partners and stakeholders to coordinate planned training activities and ensure effective program outcomes.
  • •Provide coaching and mentorship to school leaders and facilitate professional learning communities to sustain impact.
  • •Support the Edify strategy by planning, monitoring, and reporting on program goals, data management, and impact metrics.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in education, accounting and finance, computer science, or a related field; master’s degree is a plus
