Key Responsibilities

  • •Support customers by resolving reported issues within SLA targets via email and phone.
  • •Perform full-stack development with JavaScript (Node.js, Backbone.js) and update SQL database structures.
  • •Review and complete assigned tickets, manage feedback loops, and test/verify fixes before release.
  • •Debug application problems and communicate clearly with customers and internal teams while maintaining accurate case notes.
  • •Maintain GitHub branches/changes and deploy/manage application updates using Docker on a Linux-based operating system.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate of a university or college computer science program.
  • •Strong basis building web applications using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a superior command of English.
  • •Experience with GitHub and Git-based workflows (portfolio, demos, or published JavaScript code is an asset).
  • •Experience with tools/frameworks such as NGINX, Bootstrap, jQuery, Backbone, PostgreSQL, Redis, ElasticSearch, and/or Mocha (as applicable).
