Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure deliveries are continuously managed within time limits with minimum or no errors.
  • •Manage 8 to 10 direct reports and oversee additional headcount as required.
  • •Provide fund services support across accounting and valuation/financial reporting for multiple clients (Europe, MENA, APAC).
  • •Drive continuous improvement of processes and identify opportunities to create capacity and efficiencies.
  • •Maintain operational risk awareness, ensure an effective escalation process, and improve relationships with customer business areas.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in commerce or qualifications in accounting/finance with relevant real estate fund accounting experience.
  • •Mandate experience with Yardi or Investran for real estate fund accounting.
  • •Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, AV calculation process, and E2E Fund Accounting Model.
  • •Knowledge of custody, brokerage, depository, investment accounting, mutual funds, and reconciliations.
  • •Strong team management skills, ability to handle personnel issues, multitask, and meet deadlines with minimal/no errors.
