Job Summary

Own the strategy and execution for a major area of the compliance platform, making high-impact product tradeoffs across multiple teams. Lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, strengthen planning and measurement, and use customer behavior and data trends to identify opportunities. Partner with enterprise customers through interviews and demos, and influence product management standards company-wide by mentoring PMs and sharing frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

•Shape product direction for a major product area and create multi-year strategy aligned to a shared vision.
•Lead multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously by anticipating risks and resolving blockers to avoid stalled delivery.
•Develop deep expertise in customer behavior, product performance, and data trends, using insights to influence decisions.
•Influence leaders across organizations to raise company-wide product management quality and mentor PMs with reusable frameworks.
•Conduct customer interviews and partner with enterprise accounts, including running demos and executive-level conversations.

Key Requirements

•6–12+ years of product management experience shaping strategy and driving execution across multiple teams or a major product domain.
•Proven experience owning and shipping end-to-end products in fintech, compliance, or developer-facing products.
•Comfort evaluating and adopting new technologies to improve product speed, quality, and outcomes.
•Experience partnering with engineering on model-driven or automated decisioning systems.
•Strong technical background, including the ability to debug an API integration and reason about system tradeoffs.
