Key Responsibilities

•Advise insurers and insurance-adjacent companies on strategic questions such as repositioning and customer-centered digital transformation.
•Co-develop innovative solutions and future-proof business models for top management.
•Work with the insurance services platform, taking early ownership of relevant topics and shaping the service area.
•Collaborate closely with management and client decision-makers in day-to-day project work.
•Contribute to developing digital customer experiences and optimizing ecosystems for age and health provision through to new mobility concepts.

Key Requirements

•2-7 years of professional experience in leading strategy consultancies or relevant insurance domains, including areas such as board-level assistant roles or corporate strategy.
•Strong analytical, quantitative, and conceptual skills with strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, plus the ability to communicate at top-management level.
•A university degree or excellent completion from an international business school.
•Relevant international experience.
•Very good German and English skills, combined with interest in digital tools, AI-based solutions, and applying data skills to complex topics.
