Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design and development of backend services for the next generation of our platform.
•Collaborate with Product Managers and other developers to translate requirements into design and estimates.
•Contribute to architecture and drive design decisions for scalable, fault-tolerant systems.
•Work as part of a cross-site development team to drive design, implementation, testing, and release of products.
•Mentor team members and help shape best practices across the engineering organization.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of development experience building large-scale distributed systems.
•Strong experience with C#, .Net Core and SQL databases; design of large-scale distributed systems.
•Experience building/consuming RESTful web services and a microservice architecture.
•Experience shipping highly available, scalable services on Azure.
•Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle, including git, build processes, testing, and code release; Agile and Test-driven development mindset
