Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate groundwater and water environment inputs for EIA, WFD and major infrastructure planning.
  • •Manage client relationships, project delivery, scope, budget and programme.
  • •Review and assure technical outputs, with Principal roles providing final approval.
  • •Contribute to proposals and help develop new business opportunities.
  • •Provide technical guidance, training and support to junior colleagues.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in groundwater and wider water EIA, including groundwater investigations, hydrogeological assessments, WFD and related studies.
  • •Experience supporting planning and permitting for major infrastructure projects, ideally including DCO processes for Principal level.
  • •Strong understanding of the UK regulatory context for groundwater, water environment assessment and EIA.
  • •Ability to manage project budgets, risks and teams appropriate to your grade.
  • •Strong communication skills with experience managing client and stakeholder relationships.
