Advanced Field Service Engineer

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, submittals, and as-built records for building automation projects. Review customer requests to clarify scope, coordinate with customers and field technicians on RFIs and close-out, and ensure deliverables meet specifications, schedule, and budget. Serve as the technical interface to customers while identifying process improvement opportunities and collaborating with central engineering teams to update project archives.
