Provide accounting and administration servicing for hedge and private equity funds by maintaining timely records and pricing for holdings. Serve as the fund record keeper, supporting year-end audits under GAAP and assisting with due diligence for regulatory compliance. Collaborate with internal and external clients on accurate accounting packages.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain and update timely pricing records for hedge and private equity holdings using external pricing resources.
•Perform reconciliations related to Net Asset Values and provide accounting reports.
•Coordinate year-end audit engagements in accordance with GAAP as the fund record keeper.
•Conduct due diligence to support client compliance with government laws and regulations.
•Correspond with external investment managers on day-to-day fund inquiries, including fee payments, cash position breaks, and reconciliations.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of accounting experience for financial instruments (equities, fixed income, derivatives), including capital markets trade lifecycle knowledge.
•2+ years of basic accounting knowledge.
•Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts from Monday-Friday 17:30pm to 3:30am IST.
•University degree (or equivalent) with 3+ years of formal Finance/Accounting study.
•Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and strong written and verbal communication skills for email and phone support.
