Lead field learning for employees in a Fulfillment Center by managing learning needs, onboarding, and on-the-job training. Oversee Field Learning Specialists and Ops Trainers, partnering with local and cross-functional leaders to deliver training products, review reporting, and drive continuous improvement. Maintain compliant training records and support the Powered Equipment program, while promoting a safety-first culture and delivering a positive experience to site partners and support teams.
