Partner with HRBPs and hiring managers to align sourcing and hiring strategies with TikTok people initiatives. Assess talent needs, deliver hiring plans against business timelines, and use networks to attract diverse, experienced candidates. Screen and select candidates for both skills and TikTok culture fit, collaborate with Trust & Safety recruiting teams, and provide a high-touch candidate experience from application through offer, including interviews, reference checks, and closing.

•Partner closely with HRBPs and hiring managers to align sourcing and hiring strategies with TikTok people strategies.
•Assess talent requirements and fulfill hiring plans in line with business timelines.

•Screen and select candidates by evaluating prior experience and culture fit with TikTok.
•Lead end-to-end candidate experience from application to offer, including interview coordination, reference checks, salary recommendations, and closing.

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
•Strong communication and organizational skills.
•Keen attention to detail, including experience building and executing recruiting processes.
•Passion for providing a great candidate experience, whether candidates pass or not.
•Experience closing senior and/or executive-level candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages.
