Develop and test next-generation electro-optical (EO) systems by designing and executing integration, verification, and validation test plans. Conduct hands-on testing of optical and electrical components, analyze test data for performance optimization, and troubleshoot/calibrate issues. Create comprehensive test reports, decompose requirements, define system interfaces, and support test architecture, baselines, and test flows. Collaborate across disciplines to ensure systems meet specifications and reliability standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Work in a team environment interfacing multiple disciplines and support system performance analysis, integration, and test.
•Conduct tests on optical and electrical components and integrated systems; collect and analyze test data to optimize performance.
•Identify and resolve issues during testing, support design enhancements, and provide troubleshooting and calibration for ongoing programs.
•Perform integration, verification, and validation testing and reporting to ensure the system meets specifications/requirements.
•Document and present comprehensive test reports; help decompose requirements, define system interfaces, and support test processes, baseline definition, and test architecture design.

Key Requirements

•0+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) obtained by the start date.

•Experience with hands-on hardware integration and troubleshooting.
•Experience with data analysis tools such as MATLAB or Python.
