Job Summary

Support HR operations by helping identify automation opportunities and assisting with workflow automations using Power Automate. Contribute to report and process automations, including employee data collection, mapping, cleaning, validation, and enrichment. Help develop and maintain the HR webpage and portal, assist with staff communications, and draft basic HR policy documents. Also support staff engagement and wellbeing initiatives and provide day-to-day support to HR projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify routine tasks that can be automated and help create workflow automations to streamline HR operations and reporting.
•Support report and process automations, including employee data collection, mapping, cleaning, validation, and enrichment.
•Assist with development and maintenance of the HR webpage and portal.
•Help prepare clear staff communications (written and visual) in an accurate and timely manner.
•Draft and collate basic HR policy documents and support staff engagement activities, including wellbeing initiatives, as needed.

Key Requirements

•Be a university student interested in exploring the human resources function.
•Have strong communication skills with high proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese; Cantonese fluency is required.
•Be proficient in MS Office products; knowledge of AI frameworks and data analysis/modelling is an advantage.
•Be a proactive problem-solver eager to learn HR practices.
•Show strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and integrity; part-time (at least 2 full days/week) and full-time internships are considered.
