Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure security and privacy of customer data by implementing robust security measures and providing technical support for security issues.
  • •Oversee implementation and maintenance of security infrastructure, ensuring security tools are up to date and correctly configured.
  • •Manage and coordinate incident and breach responses, including prompt response to security incidents impacting customers.
  • •Develop and maintain security processes such as data encryption for data in transit and at rest, and a patch management process to address known vulnerabilities.
  • •Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses, and integrate security requirements into IT projects, architecture and design, and change management processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

  • •Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and best practices.
  • •Familiarity with security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention (IDS/IPS), EDR/XDR, WAF, and SIEM.
  • •Proficiency in using and managing Office 365 Security portals, with familiarity across operating systems and cloud platforms.
