Job Summary

Support discovery, analysis and improvement initiatives in servicing operations to reduce customer friction and enhance the platform experience. Partner with product and operations teams to design end-to-end processes, monitor metric health, and lead cross-functional projects across Product, Compliance and Ops while balancing growth with regulatory safety. Utilize Looker/Superset to monitor performance and translate data into actionable feedback for Product and Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively hunt for operational issues impacting customer experience and regional scaling.
•Support the management of operational incidents from setup to post-mortems that drive long-term fixes.
•Conduct side-by-side sessions with agents to observe friction and design improvement plans.
•Design solutions aligned with Servicing strategy, building robust business cases balancing growth and regulatory safety.
•Lead mid-complexity projects across multiple workstreams (Product, Compliance, Ops) ensuring changes are implemented and adopted.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: SGD 9,250 - 12,400 monthly

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in operational analysis, process improvement, project management, business operations, or a related field.
•Good understanding of the APAC regulatory landscape, including KYC/KYB standards and AML compliance requirements.
•Proven track record of designing and optimizing operational processes across different markets, balancing regulatory adherence with efficiency.
•Own CS product metric health monitoring and deep dives.
•Experience supporting cross-functional projects within complex organizations.
