Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure compliance with BIM standards and contractual obligations, supporting delivery teams with smooth execution and timely delivery of project information models.
  • •Manage onboarding, training, and digital solution mobilisation to enable efficient information delivery across projects and frameworks.
  • •Oversee task teams, monitor progress, and address delays promptly while coordinating stakeholders for efficient project execution.
  • •Drive Information Execution Plans, conduct supply chain assessments, and provide strategic information management direction through reports and digital implementation.
  • •Maintain quality assurance processes for BIM deliverables, support continuous improvement via R&D, and keep current with latest digital technologies and practices.

Key Requirements

  • •At least three years of working experience, ideally with relevant education in Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • •Proficiency in information management and implementing industry standards such as ISO 19650 across projects.
  • •Knowledge of managing BIM throughout the entire project lifecycle, from design to construction and handover.
  • •Proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Forma, and other CDE solutions.
  • •Ability to lead and mentor a team of BIM and IM specialists and coordinate stakeholders to support project delivery.
