Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead maintenance work safely and without incidents, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, permits, and internal procedures.
  • •Manage the maintenance team and coach/support maintenance leaders and their teams; oversee hiring, training, absenteeism reduction, and annual personnel evaluations.
  • •Collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain to minimize unplanned downtime, respond quickly to failures, and plan necessary production stops.
  • •Implement and safeguard management of change processes; improve reliability via cause-effect analysis and preventive maintenance plans.
  • •Manage maintenance resources and costs, including personnel/contractors and spare parts inventory, and provide input for supplier assessments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 5,200 - 7,150

Key Requirements

  • •HBO opleiding Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent via experience in Maintenance Management.
  • •Extensive experience in a maintenance environment and a leadership/managerial role.
  • •Strong command of Dutch and English; German is a plus.
  • •In possession of a VCA VOL certificate.
  • •Ability to manage maintenance safely and ensure maintenance activities comply with laws, permits, and internal procedures.
