Job Summary

At the intersection of design and engineering, you’ll prototype and ship AI-driven interfaces that are understandable, controllable, and usable in real workflows. You’ll build frontend interfaces for AI experiences, push against ambiguity, and collaborate closely with product, design, and ML teams to validate ideas quickly and improve usability and performance.

Job Function: Design (Product/UX/UI/Visual)

Key Responsibilities

•1) Build and prototype AI-native product interfaces across web and mobile. 2) Create functional prototypes of new HCI interaction models, including streaming responses, multi-step task flows, real-time feedback loops, and system state visibility. 3) Translate design concepts into working code with high usability, responsiveness, and motion. 4) Experiment with UI patterns that show progress, uncertainty, confidence, failure, and recovery clearly to users. 5) Build interfaces that let users supervise, correct, and redirect AI behavior without micromanaging the system.

Key Requirements

•1) Strong frontend engineering skills with React and TypeScript or equivalent. 2) Experience building interaction-heavy or experimental interfaces. 3) Strong product and UX instincts to identify unclear or broken interactions from a user perspective. 4) Ability to prototype rapidly in ambiguous environments with incomplete specs. 5) Understanding of animation, responsiveness, frontend architecture, and UI performance.
