Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with test and system checkouts and provide feedback on Altius for test engineering.
  • •Fly autonomous aircraft and support flight operations execution.
  • •Build, program, and maintain autonomous aircraft for flight.
  • •Support test engineering operational tasks such as flight execution, material prep, and test profile support.
  • •Assist with product installations and onsite maintenance/logistics at test sites as needed.

Salary: USD 74,000 - 99,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •RC, RPIC, or Pilot-operator (PIC) experience on fixed-wing commercial and/or defense Group 2 aircraft.
  • •Ability to get and maintain an FAA Part 107 certificate and complete FAA Part 61 ground school (as required).
  • •Familiarity with flight controllers and autopilot logic.
  • •Significant knowledge of National Airspace regulations and operating restrictions.
  • •Must be able to travel on an as-needed basis and work extended hours as required.
