Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure you have the proper supplies and PPE before each day’s patient visits.
  • •Use modern technology to access your schedule and navigate to patient homes.
  • •Build rapport with patients and collect relevant information while performing preventive/diagnostic services.
  • •Perform services including phlebotomy and specimen collection, as well as diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, ECGs, and more.
  • •Label collected samples properly and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 30 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in venipuncture.
  • •Consistently demonstrate professionalism, integrity, accountability, confidentiality, care, and compassion.
  • •Technologically savvy and comfortable using mobile devices for charting and HIPAA secure messaging apps for care coordination.
  • •State-required licensure and/or proof of training, plus Basic Life Support certification and proof of course/program completion based on licensure level.
  • •Valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation/vehicle insurance, and ability to physically access patient homes (including climbing stairs and carrying up to 10 pounds).
