Salary: USD 84,200 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s degree in an engineering discipline (or similar technical discipline) plus 12 years of relevant technical experience, or relevant First Solar experience in specified roles.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (or similar technical discipline) plus 10 years of relevant technical experience, or relevant First Solar experience in specified roles.
  • •Master’s degree in an engineering discipline (or similar technical discipline) plus 8 years of relevant technical experience, or relevant First Solar experience in specified roles.
  • •Prior experience in semiconductor or PV R&D/manufacturing in areas such as thin-film deposition, thermal processing, wet coatings, automation, laser processing, or process/device integration.
  • •Hands-on troubleshooting and specification/qualification of manufacturing equipment, using methods such as robust engineering, DOE, and design for manufacturability.
