Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for military-affiliated clients and individuals with disabilities.
  • •Assess client needs and connect them with appropriate programs, benefits, and community resources.
  • •Assist clients with completing applications, forms, and required documentation.
  • •Coordinate referrals to healthcare, employment, education, housing, financial assistance, and other support services.
  • •Maintain accurate and confidential client records, monitor progress, and provide follow-up support while complying with applicable laws and policies.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Public Administration, or related field preferred.
  • •Experience working with veterans, military families, individuals with disabilities, or in human services is preferred.
  • •Knowledge of community resources and government assistance programs is an asset.
  • •Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management or client database systems.
