Job Summary

Own Mintlayer’s people function as we scale in 2026—building end-to-end hiring infrastructure, interview and onboarding frameworks, and compensation/leveling systems. Manage the full employee lifecycle across UAE employment contracts and cross-border contractor arrangements, and develop HR policies across UAE and EU jurisdictions. Partner with department heads on workforce planning and report to the CEO on headcount progression, attrition risk, and organizational health.

Key Responsibilities

•Build Mintlayer’s full hiring infrastructure, including ATS, sourcing strategy, interview frameworks, offer mechanics, and onboarding programs.
•Design compensation and leveling frameworks calibrated to Abu Dhabi market rates and global remote benchmarks, including ML token allocation and vesting structures.
•Manage the full employee lifecycle across UAE employment contracts, cross-border contractor agreements, performance reviews, and promotion criteria.
•Build and maintain HR policies across active jurisdictions, including UAE, EU, and distributed contractor geographies.
•Partner with department heads on workforce planning tied to 2026 roadmap milestones and report to the CEO on headcount progression, attrition risk, and organizational health.
