Key Responsibilities

  • •Research, develop, and implement ML models and search infrastructure for recommendation and retrieval use cases.
  • •Design and build agentic recommendation features for creation tasks and full-stack experiences from user input.
  • •Develop and deploy next-generation content intelligence that supports personalization, style understanding, and asset retrieval.
  • •Fine-tune LLMs for specific learning tasks and evaluate feature performance using LLM-driven methods.
  • •Ensure ethical AI practices that reflect Adobe’s standards in model and feature development.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of relevant experience in ML, recommendations, and/or search.
  • •Background in recommendations and search, including knowledge of bandits, NLP, and/or content intelligence models.
