•Own medium-to-long term planning (12+ weeks) to align capacity with demand, balancing service level, cost and inventory strategies.

•Lead and facilitate IBP supply reviews to align supply chain operations with business objectives and identify optimization opportunities.
•Develop and implement a comprehensive manufacturing strategy that aligns with business objectives and optimizes supply chain operations to meet customer demand.
•Oversee development and implementation of a supply chain network strategy to align operations with business objectives.

Key Requirements
