Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage change end-to-end through programs/projects, delivering specific outcomes on time and on budget, whether standalone or part of a programme.
  • •Design and maintain project governance, including sponsorship, tollgates, steering committee processes, and manage scope, budget, timeline, risks, and benefits realization.
  • •Develop and validate business/operating models and business cases, including investment cases and financial modelling (e.g., projections and project health assessments).
  • •Lead business analysis and solution/problem-solving approaches, eliciting requirements, obtaining sign-off, and ensuring requirements traceability.
  • •Oversee deployment and business readiness activities, including pre-requisites, post-deployment health checks, sign-offs, and tracking progress updates for stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 8 years of experience working in change environments across strategy, design (consulting), initiation, and delivery.
  • •Industry experience in large complex organizations delivering major organizational change and business transformation projects in the banking industry.
  • •Demonstrable ability to independently manage senior stakeholders, including impactful communication and running project governance.
  • •In-depth banking experience in operations and system transformation, including organization design (potentially M&A) projects.
  • •Strong project management and business analysis skills, including extensive PowerPoint and Excel know-how.
