Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead maintenance supervisors and drive building/equipment maintenance success to minimize mechanical downtime.
  • •Implement maintenance systems including Root Cause Analysis, Reliability-Centered Maintenance, and TPM while scheduling work to reduce unscheduled downtime.
  • •Troubleshoot day-to-day operational issues, including equipment failures, to prevent recurring problems and disruption.
  • •Design and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs in partnership with the Plant Engineer using the SAP PM module.
  • •Track and report maintenance KPIs (e.g., equipment reliability and overall equipment effectiveness) and continuously improve performance while enforcing safety procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • •Experience leading by training, coaching, mentoring, or managing a process/project.
  • •Advanced mechanical/electrical technical skills (e.g., PLCs, instrumentation) with ability to support resource planning in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Thorough knowledge of maintenance management systems, work order processes, preventive/predictive maintenance, and TPM.
  • •Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
