Key Responsibilities

  • •Own cost improvement performance tracks reporting and provide analysis and recommendations to guide operational and financial decisions.
  • •Perform cost and gross margin analysis across revenue and cost elements across groups and products.
  • •Drive financial modeling to support gross margin reporting and prepare requirements for key executive reviews.
  • •Support quarterly forecast and annual operating plan processes by integrating cost improvement tracks into a comprehensive P&L model.
  • •Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages, maintain rolling forecast models, and develop executive-ready dashboards and presentations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 106,000 - 146,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • •At least 4 years of experience in FP&A, Operations Finance, and Cost Accounting.
  • •Strong forecasting, budgeting, financial planning, and variance analysis skills.
  • •Advanced Excel skills with experience in financial modeling.
  • •Experience with financial systems and reporting tools such as Tableau, Anaplan, and SAP BPC.
