Job Summary

Support the global PR sample process by coordinating requests and sending press materials (prices, captions, images, and press releases) to editorial offices. Help manage press folders and archives, coordinate subsidiaries and presentations, and track PR sample production timelines and shipping. Assist with editorial valuations and competitor analysis, including media trend identification. Maintain press lists/contacts and run database management with Launchmetrics, and support press gifts and event organization.

•Assist the worldwide PR sample process, coordinating with stakeholders and editors and supporting day-to-day sample requests.

•Coordinate PR sample production and monitor timelines, including product shipping to subsidiaries.
