Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the opportunity as a Project Integrator to ensure mission continuity through planning and oversight of project deliverables.
  • •Gather, analyze, and compose technical information into user stories, and prepare slides to brief project status for sponsors and senior staff.
  • •Serve as Scrum Master for 2+ IT development projects, facilitating project planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, and demos.
  • •Oversee project planning artifacts including resource planning, management plans, reports, and status updates for multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • •Coordinate with multiple application teams supporting cloud and application systems, including troubleshooting and resolving customer issues and supporting O&M activities.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of related experience and demonstrated experience with resource planning, analysis, and preparing management plans and reports.
  • •Proven project planning experience creating and maintaining project plans and schedules.
  • •Demonstrated ability to use MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to produce reports, status updates, and project documentation.
  • •Experience using Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint, including knowledge of grooming and managing a backlog.
  • •Demonstrated experience serving as scrum master for 2+ IT development projects and familiarity with scrum ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, sprint/release planning, and demos).
