Key Responsibilities

  • •Interact with customers to understand business challenges, requirements, and conduct discovery workshops.
  • •Run product demonstrations with customer-specific scenarios and effectively present product capabilities, roadmap, and value.
  • •Translate customer requirements into solution recommendations; create solution decks, business presentations, and executive proposals.
  • •Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and Engineering teams to define solution approaches and support evaluations/POCs.
  • •Coordinate with Product Management and Engineering to share customer feedback and support product launches and adoption activities.

Key Requirements

  • •6-12 years of experience in product solutions consulting or related customer-facing solutioning roles.
  • •Experience in a product-based organization with knowledge of the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) and customer adoption journeys.
  • •Strong communication and presentation skills for demos, workshops, and executive stakeholder engagement.
  • •Ability to translate customer requirements into solution recommendations and prepare solution decks, business presentations, and executive proposals.
  • •Experience with SaaS, cloud, AI/GenAI, and enterprise software; familiarity with SDLC and product development processes.
