•Build and steward relationships with production peers and serve as a trusted sounding board, bringing production reality into Netflix decisions.
•Design and facilitate convenings and advisory forums where working filmmakers and production teams surface real challenges and learnings.
•Synthesize learnings into clear guidance, frameworks, publications, and learning approaches for Studio teams to build fluency.
•Represent Netflix in industry forums, working groups, and practitioner communities defining generative production practices.
•Participate in stakeholder conversations and translate insights back into principles that Netflix teams can act on.

•Demonstrated experience navigating change management in creative or production environments, helping teams move through uncertainty.
•A clear, grounded point of view on creative technology, including the judgment to distinguish hype from genuine value.
•Exceptional ability to listen, synthesize across creative and technical contexts, and communicate clearly to both audiences.
