Job Summary

Turn research data into strategic insights that power storytelling, campaign performance, and business outcomes for global brands. You’ll help design research plans, build survey and discussion materials, manage data gathering and fieldwork (including vendors), and analyze results to produce deliverables like toplines, reports, visualizations, presentations, and memos. Work in a collaborative Insights & Intelligence team and serve as a subject matter expert in core methods and tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and contribute to a research plan that addresses objectives and key questions.
•Draft research instruments such as surveys, polls, screeners, discussion guides, and Boolean searches.
•Manage and execute data gathering and fieldwork, including external vendor management when necessary.
•Conduct project management to ensure timely delivery and coordination with internal and external clients.
•Format, pull, and analyze data to derive insights and produce deliverables such as toplines, reports, visualizations, presentations, and memos.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 40,000 - 85,000 annually

Key Requirements

•At least 3 years of experience primarily in market research, including quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
•Demonstrated experience with qualitative and quantitative primary research methods, including surveys, in-depth interviews, and focus groups.
•Strong writing, editing, and analytical skills, with excellent interpersonal skills.
•Strong time-management and organizational skills to juggle multiple projects and work under deadlines.
•Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. (College degree or equivalent preferred.)
