Job Summary

Develop and drive ATE test solutions for Data Center Graphics (DCG) New Product Introduction (NPI), aligning with milestone and KPI targets for test time, yield, cost, and quality. Own test pattern and test flow development, including pre-silicon scoping/validation and post-silicon bring-up optimization for mass production. Perform silicon characterization and debug, optimize coverage and flows, and help close production issues through engineering analysis and cross-team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive test solution/coverage development and optimization to meet business milestones for cost and quality.
•Develop, debug, and run test patterns and test flows/methods; perform characterization and analysis.
•Engage pre-silicon with design teams to scope, plan, and validate test solutions/methodologies.
•Lead post-silicon bring-up of test patterns and optimize them to enable mass production.
•Conduct engineering evaluations to debug new silicon designs/process technologies and close production issues.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: MYR 126,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Proficient understanding of DFT (Design-For-Test) architecture for SOC (System-On-Chip) products.
•Strong test development and silicon characterization/debug experience with industry-standard ATE test platforms, plus data analysis.
•ATE test handling/execution and development experience; Advantest V93K experience preferred (Advantest SMT8 a plus).
•Software programming and scripting proficiency in languages including C++, Java, Groovy, Perl, Ruby, and Python.
•BS/MS Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or comparable disciplines, with 8+ years of industry experience.
