Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive test solution/coverage development and optimization to meet business milestones for cost and quality.
  • •Develop, debug, and run test patterns and test flows/methods; perform characterization and analysis.
  • •Engage pre-silicon with design teams to scope, plan, and validate test solutions/methodologies.
  • •Lead post-silicon bring-up of test patterns and optimize them to enable mass production.
  • •Conduct engineering evaluations to debug new silicon designs/process technologies and close production issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficient understanding of DFT (Design-For-Test) architecture for SOC (System-On-Chip) products.
  • •Strong test development and silicon characterization/debug experience with industry-standard ATE test platforms, plus data analysis.
  • •ATE test handling/execution and development experience; Advantest V93K experience preferred (Advantest SMT8 a plus).
  • •Software programming and scripting proficiency in languages including C++, Java, Groovy, Perl, Ruby, and Python.
  • •BS/MS Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or comparable disciplines, with 8+ years of industry experience.
