Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage RTR supporting functions across multiple countries, ensuring service delivery, SLA adherence, and operational excellence.
  • •Oversee accounting operations, reconciliations, statutory reporting, financial controls, and month/quarter/year-end closing activities.
  • •Monitor KPIs, productivity, and team performance, identify risks, resolve escalations, and ensure achievement of operational targets.
  • •Drive process transformation initiatives through automation, standardization, and continuous improvement within RTR operations.
  • •Provide technical accounting and IFRS guidance to stakeholders and support statutory and tax audit requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of professional finance experience, with minimum 7 years in Record-to-Report (RTR)
  • •Strong knowledge of IFRS, statutory reporting, tax compliance, and financial controls
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; professional certifications preferred (CPA, ACCA, CMA, IFRS, MBA Finance)
  • •Experience driving process improvement, automation, and standardization initiatives
  • •Strong stakeholder management, communication, workload management, and problem-solving skills
