Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end service delivery for commissions, ensuring client objectives are met.
  • •Coach junior staff by allocating roles and responsibilities and supporting their development.
  • •Advise clients on feasibility studies and procurement options.
  • •Manage estimating, cost planning, tender analysis, contractual document compilation, and conduct contract administration.
  • •Produce monthly post-contract cost reports, input into value engineering, and negotiate and agree final accounts.
