Key Responsibilities

•Design and build high-scale Workday integrations and custom apps using Workday Studio, Extend, Orchestrations, GPC, and DDOD for global HCM operations.
•Accelerate development by using AI-assisted coding tools to improve integration logic, unit testing, and code reviews.
•Build and maintain bi-directional Workday-to-3rd-party payroll connectors for external vendors and regional providers.
•Own end-to-end delivery for complex projects, including scoping, development, automated QA, UAT, global cutover, and hypercare support.
•Ensure system reliability by monitoring integration health, performing root-cause analysis, and resolving high-priority production incidents.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of professional software engineering or advanced Workday integration experience.
•Hands-on experience with Workday Extend, Orchestrations, Global Payroll Cloud (GPC), and Digital Document Delivery (DDOD).
•Deep understanding of integrating Workday with external 3rd-party payroll systems and functional payroll concepts across global regions.
•Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) and troubleshooting complex XML/XSLT transformations.
•Comfortable in fast-paced Agile/Scrum environments; Scrum Lead experience is a plus.
